I just had my legs waxed and I've never known such pain could be possible! Never again! I'll stick to shaving, much less painful. oooh my body is still numb.

Is it really that painful? I haven't done it, but it doesn't seem that painful... Well at least not when you do it on your legs...

At least for me it was, I never want to experience that again. Sure it's completely smooth now but I'm red and sore. It's just not worth it, lol.

Yes and it was unbearable! I've also tried epilating and that feels like an army of kittens clawing their way up your legs while someone pours scalding hot water on them D:

I'm addicted to my epilator :P Mmmm sweet pain. I used to go get waxed frequently but not so much now I'm lacking funds. It's a good sort of hurt.

I've had my chest/torso waxed, and i'm a pretty hairy guy.

It was fairly painful, but the pain was brief. I wouldn't mind doing it again because it really wasnt so bad. About 20 minutes of sharp pain for about a month's worth of results.

What was far more painful was what happened afterwards. I, apparently, have very thin skin. They put the wax a bit to hot on me and they took off quite a layer of skin from me in addition the hair. Basically, my whole chest and stomach got infected and i probably had over 200 whiteheads from inflamation that i had to manually scrape and disinfect. My body felt like on fire on the next day and took about 4 days to fully heal.

As a result, i'll probably never get waxed again. Its not really worth the risk of that happening again.

I have waxed my moustache before, but since it isn't long enough, I can't make handlebars out of the ends. Sorry, I don't use wax anywhere else.

Yes and it was horrendous. My skin didn't take it well and I was left either swollen or with less skin. Never again. It still haunts me.

I used to do it when I was younger. I started to get some noticeable hair on my upper lip and I waxed it instead of shaving. I also used to do my unibrow back then, too. Now I just shave and/or pluck that.

I waxed my eyebrows once...it wasn't that bad but it left bumps so I get them threaded now which hurt like hell the first few times.

it sure doesn't look fun at the time but the aftermath (the smoothness, lack having having hair in said area, not having to shave for a while) wouldn't be worth it? Hm

Wife gave me the option of wax, shaving me, or less fun during fun time. I took the wax. No blades near my kingdom and fun time should always be more fun. However.. will never do my chest, back, legs, etc. Just isn't in the cards.
