Nah, my iPod touch is doing hard time in the state pen.

Basically a term the kids use these days. When the principal takes away your ipod touch...and then you go by after school to demand it back...you are basically jailbraking it. I want my itouch! Btw, I can't quote that guy's name, the one with the gears of war avatar. WTF gamespot?

That has got to be without a doubt the corniest term I've ever heard.

jailbreaking actually refers to 'hacking' your ipod touch so it is able to download third party applications.

to answer the question, no mine is not jailbroken because Apple is releasing the SDK + update next month to allow this without having to 'jailbreak'
