It's not what I expected but it seems like a lot of people here have experience with this. I do know that I and a lot of people have never done this before and it would be interesting to hear about what you guys think of it. Is it overrated? Does it get boring? Is it always exciting? Was the first time awkward?

It depends on the person and how much you like them. Kissing someone random at a club is okay but because there's no emotional connection it gets boring fast. The ultimate thing is to kiss someone you really REALLY like, then it's just mind blowing. Of course, the more you kiss the same person the less exciting it becomes.

The first time someone tried to kiss me I backed away, not because I didn't like them but because I was just so nervous. I kissed them the next day though and it was so amazing.

THat's very nice to hear. At my age I'm a little scared that there's no hope of it ever not being awkward or a girl finding out that I've never kissed someone but yeah, things are what the yare.

First time, i didn't know what to expect, and i really did like the girl.

pretty damn awesome. kinda like a nice firework show going off in the mind.It never quite got old for me. 'course i like to hold and cuddle too.

I've only kissed girls i've actually really liked on a level more then just "you are hawt". Never got close to kissing a girl i don't know for the sake of it.

you don't need any practice, if you are scared or nervous (like everybody on their first kiss) just try to mimic what the girl is doing if she doesn't use any tongue then you don't if she does then do. I do that and girls say I'm a good kisser so it seems like a decent tactic to me.

Hugs and cuddles differ by duration, a hug is a few seconds but you can cuddle for hours.
