You have to be 21 in the US ? The minimum age here is 16 (Belgium)

Anyways, yes i've been clubbing many times. when i was younger it was almost every week-end, but now it's very rare.

My mate went to Belgium recently on a student exchange trip and was amazed. She said you could go round town and drink at 16 but they went from 4pm-7pm and everyone's really sensible about it. No partying to the early hours she said. Sounds great though :) I'm glad the drinking age is 18 in Britain, I don't think people are mature enough to accept that responsibility like they are in Belgium.

Yeah the legal drinking age here is 16, 18 for strong alcohols(20%+) tho, and no minimum age to drink in private. And you can go clubbing to the early hours btw unless it recently changed, when i was 16 i was often in clubs until 6-7am. And i don't think people are more mature about it here, i've seen enough 16 years old completely wasted.

Yeah, I've been a few times but I keep getting dissapointed because its never as good as the first time I went when I won 2 bottles of champagne - one for dancing to the backstreet boys, backstreet's back, and one for shouting "you b******s" instead of "gohstbusters" loudest to the gohstbusters theme. That was a great night. I was standing there for the rest of the night with 2 open bottles of chamagne - one in each hand, drinking them from the bottle.
