help about audacity mp3 lame encoder

so i just made some wicked music and i want to change it into an mp3 and save to my phone. so i open the audacity website. but when click the lame encoder download page i got this message

so okay i download opera and it still doesnt work. havent try firefox3 yet. but am i doing something wrong ?

Uhh..did you try clicking the download link further down the page?

It works fine for me. Using Chromium build 68165, but it really shouldn't matter...
