depends what you did. did you get suspended because you tried setting somebody on fire or for beating them up? were there cops involved? then maybe it could.
When you apply to college, the application might ask you questions like "Have you ever been arrested, if so, please explain the circumstances." Have you ever been convinced of a felony, have you ever been suspended? Stuff like that. You might have to explain it on your application, and it might affect your college chances just a little, but you'll be fine, it's not like you're being convicted of a felony drug conviction or murder.
