its all just a state of mine. you have to remove all your doubts. dont say "but" "cant" or anything negative. Just look at yourself more positivly and refuse any negative thoughts regardless of whether theyr true or not. If your thinking good about yourself and you come across a "but" just slap yourself or something.

all just a state of mind and can be turned around in an instant. you just have to want it.

Figure out your personality then become it. I've been a little timid before but then I started wearing my athletic shoes, I stopped wearing the same hoodie every day, and I started to feel fine.

Another thing is making a good first impression with the way you look. It's a huge difference in the way people meet you depending on the way you're dressing and if you give eye contact. If only I knew that a million years sooner...
