HELP! I think my dog is racist...

Ok, here's the deal: I have a Shetland Collie and I love him to death. When I have white friends over he acts like the sweetest puppy, but when I have black friends over he barks at them the entire time and keeps trying to jump on them. It gets worse though, whenever I take him out for a walk he doesn't even pee on my white neighbor's grass but he'll squat and unload a fat one in front of my mexican neighbor's house down the street. I think he does this out of spite. Can anyone help with this? I'm not a racist, I have friends in all shapes and colors, but I don't want them getting harassed by my dog. Maybe he can be hynotized to be more tolerant of others?

you need to put him in a sack with some bricks and launch him in to the river. that will put an end to his racist slurs

Clearly the answer is to just have white friends.

Or put the dog outside if he gets annoying. Whichever's easiest I guess.

I can kind of understand, but are you sure you're not just looking into it too much, are you sure its not just coincidence

You need to familiarize your dog with the Black and Chicano cultures. Why not take him to see some Black or Chicano comedians? Or turn on the TV and leave it on BET when your dog is inside? Familiarize him with famous people, like Martin Luther King, Jr and Cesar Chavez. Hope that helps! fidosim
