It keeps poping up stuff i haven't clicked on and when try to X it, it doesn't go away. WTF is this Bs.

LOL, you installed a malware? You need to give more info though. If it is internet, you can set IE to open all window in tabs, thus, you can close all tabs with one single click. If it is not internet, well, uninstall the malware.magicalclick
