120 minute soccer practice

down with eating, up with exercise! :D
I was quite the chubby child when I was younger, but then following my philosophy, I lost much of my weight and am not fat! Though I'm not absolutley,100% lean.

First understand that your body does not care how you look. All your body cares about is survival so as soon as you cut your normal calorie intake your body will fight you. To prevent this increase your protein intake and eat as many calories equal to your body weight for example: if you weight 180lbs then eat 1800 calories. If you see that you are losing more than 5lbs a week you may be losing muscle and not getting enough protein in your diet. You should have about close to your body weight of protein. For example 180lbs=180g of protein. Start off with a 30 min exercise routine but not everyday especially if your body is not used to it. Also be careful with running or jogging and dont over due it or else you will get the common shin spilts. Once your body becomes accustom to your ways it will start to work with you instead of against you. Take some multi vitamins that have b7 and b12 centrum is one example. Good luck!

Actually, the recommended amount of protein is one third of your body weight transferred into grams, not your body weight itsself :P I'm just saying this because it's considered unhealthy to have too much protein in your diet, especially if your trying to lose weight.
join a gym,its a good way to loose weight cause you will be making a automatic commitment(the fee to get in)Cool, i'm 200-210, i need to be at 180 :? I don't care if i lose muscle though.............
also,eating healthy(i have a banana for breakfeast,salad for lunch,then a regular meal for dinner)
also, relaxing helped me...dont force it,dont do it for someone else.do it cause you wanted too,and dont have other people in mind while making your decision.
ive been doing this for a while but i am still pretty fat.i used to be around 240,now im at 205-210(plus alot of that is muscle since football season is over and now im in weight lifting)
by this time next year i will be 150-160,plus alot of muscle
good luck!guitboxdude25
