Care to give some details? it was a dance/synthpop song from 80s, all i can remember is a female vocalist with curly hairs (brunette) ,all dressed in red sitting on a roof edge treathing to kill herself,and some firemen on the ground trying to save her( while dancing and stuff),i think this song is also featured in gta vice city not sure though, i know it's hard to come up with something with that low details,..do your best please OT ,thanks in advance

How about if I help you remember a different song? It has "the" somewhere in the song, the video doesn't make a lot of sense, and it is from the 1980's

The song has the words "tell me" in the chorus I think (or something I guess), and the beat resembles the beat from by you a drink by t pain, and it is not by bobby valentino.
I know every song on the Vice city sound track and the only one with notable digitised vocals is Video killed the Radio star but that ain't got no dancing fire men in it!

Well, I've checked the music videos for all the songs in GTA:Vice City (all the ones with female vocalists, anyway) and it wasn't any of them...still lookin'...
