Never act busted

This is some of the best advice you will ever receive.

I've applied this in my real life, and it works wonders.

No matter what you do, no matter what others think of your actions, never act like you did anything wrong.

And quit apologizing for living your life. "Move through life without apology." You are just as good as anyone else and you have just as much right to live your life as they do. What are you apologizing for?

I bet I used to say "I'm sorry" as least 3 or 4 times a day. Now I rarely say it at all. Its not my job to make everyone around me feel good about my actions. Why are you apologizing for living your life?

So only apologize when its truly warranted, and never act busted.

No matter what your actions were, you can't go back in time and change them, and you can't manipulate others into feeling good about your actions.

You did what you thought was right and best at the time, and you shouldn't allow yourself to feel bad about that.

You should do everything in your life with confidence. If you feel hesitation about doing something, you should ask yourself "Is this something I should be doing? Would I want others to know I'm taking this action?"

When you act busted, you put yourself in a position of trying to gain other people's approval and forgiveness. I don't know about you, but looking back on my life, the times I've done this weren't pleasant for me. So now I choose to avoid that all together.

This advice is especially true with a woman.

Say you are single, and you are dating more than one woman. If woman A finds out about woman B, and your actions and body language and words indicate to her that you believe you are "doing something wrong" and you seek her approval of your actions, chances are she is going to be very upset with you.
