Does anyone know how to solve a Blue screen error

Stop: c0000135 Error { component cannot be found }

component = basegvwng32

I cannot find anything on good about this componet at all except for my post on gamespot.

I have tried techincal support from microsoft, but they are no help at all.

I don't want to reinstall my XP because i will lose all my data and esspeacially my research paper

If there is a way to install XP without losing the data then please tell me

If you can find anything about this component please tell me

I've tried rebooting it on safemode

I've tried restaring it without auto reboot on

I've tried checking the CPU, but not the hardrive becuase i cannot acceses the files on my hardrive

I've tried doing system setup and chooseing different files that may have led to the problem

AND YESSSS i did spelll the component's name correctly ( basegvwng32 )

i have had many problems with viruses and computer errors so i think i kindof know what i'm doing

NOTE: this is not a winsrv , dll, or File_NAME error.

Performing a Repair Installation That should get windows back up without losing any of your documents. If you've had virus and adware problems you may just want to do a full reformat.

When i installed vista a year ago i had constant BSOD, atleast 5 or 6 times an hr but it turned out i had a faulty stick of RAM and a faulty graphics card. Once they were replaced i never had any probs at all so bare this in mind.
