I want some good but cheap earbuds. I can't decide between

Sennheiser CX 300's or

Altec Lansing BackBeat Titanium 326's.

I know these are both supposed to be good for the price, but which is better?

I just buy any buds that I can get on sale for about $10-15, because any priced earbud just breaks in about 5 months for me. Any price.

Funny you'd ask that because I was just browsing for new earbuds a few minutes ago, the CX300s seem pretty flimsy from the amazon reviews and I don't know about the other ones. I just ordered some JVCs from ebay and they seem like good earphones and at a very low price.

I've had various pairs over the years - last three were Panasonic HJE50s, Sony EX51s, and Sony EX71s. The Panasonics had the most balanced sound, although I got the Sony ones relatively cheap so I can't complain much. All of them should be less than $30 online, and straddle the line between cheap pack-ins and the over $100 earbuds.

My ears are too big for ear buds....

Just buy a pair that goes over your head.

I have Sennheiser px 100 headphones. 60 bucks. AMAZING quality, and they have held out well. And they even like fold to fit in your hand....

I got Skullcandy earbuds for $15. They are the best earbuds I've ever purchased and I always go $10-$25ish with mine.

They should be cheaper than that online, as they're the closest rivals to Koss' Portapros, which are $30-$40. Both fantastic portable headphones, although both aren't exactly lookers.
