:o *gulp* Tomorrow you'll wake up in its stomach...........Are you going to be one of the small percentage of snake owners who gets killed by snakes because you got too comfortable with them?
I mean, snakes are cool, but I don't think it's a great idea to sleep with them. What if it wraps around your neck and kills you in your sleep?

I hope not. I did not sleep with her ( at least i dont remember...lol ). I dont know how long she was there, but vaguely remember hearing her shuffling around in her cage around 4 am in the morning. I got up around 9 am Believe me, i always treat her with carefull attention, but this time was one of the "oopps" times.

[QUOTE="Rob_101"][QUOTE="whodeysay85"]that seems really dangerous. I would never own a pet that could easily kill me.MrGeezer
Agreed. That should be a general rule for everyone IMO.
Every year, far more people are killed by dogs than by pet snakes.
Because no one is dumb enough to keep a pet snake [QUOTE="Rob_101"][QUOTE="whodeysay85"]that seems really dangerous. I would never own a pet that could easily kill me.MrGeezer

Ok. I still stand by that tho. I don't own a dog or a snake and probably won't. All I have in my house are a small bird and a cat.
Edit: There are a lot more pet dogs out there than pet snakes.

And more people die from bee attacks than sharks per annum...

I have had her for three years and she has only gotten out of her cage a couple of times. Once it was almost tragic for my landlords dog who came over for a unexpected visit and was attacked by my snake. Luckily my brother and i were there to save the dog before it got seriously hurt. That was not a fun day. But fortunatley my landlord likes the snake and did not care much for his dog...so all was fine.

Actually, more people are also killed by cats than by snakes, albeit in a more indirect way. Most common form of death is toxoplasmosis resulting from bites and scratches.

 That I did not know, I'll take your word for it.... Good thing my cat does not have claws and would never hurt me

Wow. That still would of been pretty cool to see: dog vs snake... Sounds like having a snake to guard the house might not be a bad idea
