I tend to use the "U MAD?" one. Most guys in my highschool used that one for some reason.
And I definitely want a Jessi Slaughter meme related T-Shirt. Maybe I'll make one using this pic :P.

I use them all the time. Internet slang, longcat, facepalm, orly, fail and the occasional Over 9000. My favourite is Cool Story Bro which I use numerous times every day.
I forgot about "Like a Boss" I use that one as well. Along with those courage wolf stuff.Depending on who I'm with, I use:
What is this I don't even
Derp
U mad?
Trolololol
Like a Boss
and other random insanity wolf or courage wolf quotes
Murj
I use WHAT IS THIS I DON'T EVEN, derp, trololololoooo, and cool story bro.
I've heard one senior use "X, X everywhere" once, though.
Not usually, though I know someone who does and nobody gets the joke except me, so I tend to stay away from them.
I do, mostly with my brothers though, they're all internet savvy, so I can use most of the memes and they'll understand.
No, but I know some people who say "noms" and "lulz" in real life, or the over 9000 joke, constantly. Makes me want to strangle them sometimes.
Internet jokes should STAY on the internet, as saying it anywhere else makes you sound like a massive tool.

EDIT: Well, I suppose it depends on the meme that is used. Some aren't as bad or as abused as others.
No. That's not because there's anything wrong with talking in cliches and platitudes, but because it's addictive. I could easily see myself absent-mindedly trotting out "...and nothing of value was lost" at a funeral or something, instead of using my own brain.
