there are 2 songs on here, the intro video, which is the song that i want to know, then there is the actuall video, which would be great if you could tell me the name of that too. thank you very much OT.

I think it's only one song, unless the intro is a separate video or something.

At the end it says "Destructive Habits" performed by Malcom Kirby Jr.
That could either be the athelete, or the musician.
