A glass that was either filled half way or was filled more than half way, but then drank from so that it is only at the halfway mark. Or maybe the drinker filled it up, drank most of it except for a little bit and then re filled it to the half way point.
Now, the true question is whether the water is on the bottom of the glass or the top.
I was just watching Madtv and they had a skit with Fox news reporting Obama being negative for saying his coffee was half-empty. Hilarious! Wonder if TC watched it before making this topic....
