Well i've been having a hard time with my class this term but I just thought that it would get better. But after looking at Rate my Proffesor.com I realized that I have a nightmare teacher and things are going to get worse. Its not that the class is too hard for me but its all group work, he gives a week to study over 160 textbook pages and doesnt even tell us what to focus on then only gives 40 questions that are too specific to just remember out of all of it, and he never teaches and instead goes off topic all session.

My question is if there is anyway to get out of this? The class has been in session for about 7 weeks but we meet only once a week, so only 7 sessions. And I really really want a high gpa like 3.8-4.0 so I can transfer from my community college to a uc college but I feel like this class is going to ruin everything. Is there a way to drop the class without getting a grade or am I stuck with this mess.

You usually can drop a class but before a certain date. So I would talk with your adviser soon before there's some penalty for dropping it.

They should be a option to withdraw from the class.

I loved pickaprof.com back in the day, I could see what type of grades that professor had been handing out.
