And he is afflicted with the aformentioned ailment.

How would B go about solving this problem, outside of doctor help. And what would your experience with it be

ask your pharmacist for an ointment,wash yourself everytime you are taking a dump,dont hold your poop,when you feel you have to go to the toilet go(unless you are in the middle of street or something).usually they go away after a few days,its just an outbreak and it can be years before you have one again

keep your ass, ahem, your friends ass warm.

also, wash and apply cream. keep away from caffine and spicy stuff for a while.

You could ask God to help, on the off chance that doesn't help then you should probably avoid anal sex for a while and go ask a chemist.
