I wish I could make gourmet food like pheasant filé mignon boiled in zebra blood served with tryffel stew. I can't though. But I'm getting better. I can make some tasty stuff.

Share some good recepies and what not.

Like I didn't have any recepies so I did this really simple a few days ago. Just some ground meat mixed with eggs, salt and pepper to form balls. Then I chopped some onions, tomatos and paprika all over it and put it in the oven. Really simple and edible.

While not a gourmet cook (my brother is the chef actually), I can cook pretty good. If I have a recipe, the food tastes as it should. I love making my Ma's Lasagna.

I do quite a bit of cooking. My meatloaf, lasagna, stuffed bell peppers and mexican cornbread are family favorites.

And family secrets.

Sorry.

The thing I have the most difficulty with is sausage gravy. It's always either too thick or not thick enough. I can't figure it out. :(

Not bad. I like making poached eggs (always with brown bread toast and beans, yummy) and cooking pasta.

It would be tricky making a sunday roast though :P

I figured out in college that cooking is a must, it saves you lots of money and its healthier to prepare your own meals, so I been cooking alot lately and i'm not to bad at it. I also enjoy it.

I can follow recipes, I know when something is done or over cooked. I don't claim to be a chef but I don't live on toast and egg either. I can make a lasagne but can't make lasagne sauce, I can make spaghetti Bolognese but can't make Bolognese sauce.

I used to think cooking was difficult untill i spent more time in the kitchen with me sister, mum n gf, its preety not that difficult to be honest and anyone can do it. It just takes a certain knowlegde base and you can basicly invent any dish you want

I can cook some basic stuff. Eggs, bacon, pancakes, toasted sandwiches, nothing spectacular. I'll probably pick up some skills as I get older anyway.

I'm halfway decent. can cook spaghetti, meatloaf, cheeseburgers. have not cooked steak or chicken on a grill, but im sure i could do it. Steak would be easy, as i like mine rare. chicken im sure i could do. know how to work a deep fryer. know how to work pots and pans.

i take pride in my omelettes though. pretty good at making omelettes.
