i think he means like a blemish. i don't know cause i have a few because i'm impatient but i would reccomend cocoa butter or some dermatogolist reccomended stuff if its that serious.
Oh. Well, there really isn't anything to make it go away faster, so I suggest just buying some cover-up (or ask your mom to pick some out for you) and using that until it goes away if it really bugs you.
