So like this new guy got hired at work, and i don't like him. In 18 months of working here, he's the only one I've ever met who I didn't like. He thinks he's the ****, which boggles my mind because he's ugly and dirty as ****. He's also lazy as hell. Like today, I ask him if he can drop a few plates off at the dishroom. And he's like, "uh...what are YOU doing?"
Mother****er. What am I doing? Well, I'm waiting on 20 over-demanding customers, ALL of whom are NEVER gonna come back here and give YOU money if I **** up. Your tables are ALL empty. You're not waiting on ONE ****ing PERSOn. And he has the nerve to ask me "what I'm doing" because he's too lazy to walk 20 ****ING FEET to the dishroom?
So... **** that dude. He's an uncooperative ass. When someone else is busy as hell with 20 customers, and I don't have a single customer, I help them out. Because if they get bad service, they're NEVER coming here again. Whereas if they get good service, they're gonna be repeat customers and give us money. When I need help, EVERONE else helps out, no questions asked, if they aren't too busy.
But this dude wasn't doing ****. He didn't have ANY customers to help, he hadn't been cut yet, and he has the ****ing nerve to ask me "what are YOU doing" when I ask him to drop a few dishes off at the dishroom because I'm in the weeds.
**** him. He needs to go. My question to you is, how do I get him fired? Has to be legal, otherwise they fire ME for trying to get someone else fired.
Any suggestions?
And yes, I could just tell a manager. Problem is, that's not ENOUGH to get him fired. Might be enough for the managers to have a talk with him, but then he's gonna know that I ratted him out, and that's gonna **** me up at work.
My question is, how do I get this dude fired WITHOUT doing anything that could get ME fired?
