Eminem sampled her song. And nobody will sue anybody else. After the huge amounts of sampling on De La Soul's "Three Feet High and Rising", they passed some law saying you have to get an artist's permission before sampling.

nah, these are old, 2000 and 2001

Bad Boy Records were sued 2 years ago because they didn't clear the sample for three songs on of Biggie's "Ready to Die". That album came out 12 years ago

these songs were all over the radio, if they could have sued they would have, also, the eminem single came out before the dido single, which means he probably would have had to have her permission to even obtain the track.
