Little known fact: Gram for gram, flour has about the same calorific content as sugar. Stay away from overly rich foods if you want to keep your liver and arteries intact. What if the person is trying to lose weight?
Than he tries to lose weight with him(it never works,anyway) -I require complete devotion! :xEat loads of carbs and protein. So the opposite to what weight loss tips say.

I try, but my appetite isn't really huge sometimes. It can be enormous(belying the size of my body) certain days, but otherwise it's pretty average.Eat oads of carbs and protein. So the opposite to what weight los tips say.

Yeah I have the same appetite, makes it more difficult.
But I've gained some weight by going to a nutritionist. The food was really boring though.

Since you don't use much energy when you sleep, you store it, I believe that's how it works.
1) Bananas. #1 way to gain weight. About 3-4 a day will do
2)Protein - Shakes, eggs, bars, red and white meat. if you want fast weight gains, consume 1 1/2 grams of protein per pound of body weight daily (i.e. a 200 lb man would consume 300g of protein).
3)Fats - Oils, eggs (again) and nuts* - any fats that don't come from animal tissue. Avocado's are the best route to go here.
4)Carbohydates - Starch it!!! Eat pasta regularly, twice a day. The excess carbs will go into producing more energy for you to use while at the gym, and will also facilitate a higher body fat percentage.
*walnuts have a high fat content, so mix those in. Otherwise, sitck to almonds for a good source of protein as well as fat.

Yes, that's how the Sumo wrestlers do it. Make sure to load up on a high carb diet; so pastas, potatoes, etc. Though I don't know why you want to be FAT, toned and muscular is the new huge and ripped.Eat, then sleep.

Many young people have fairly active metabolisms, but once you get older, you will have a hard time keeping the pounds off.
Keep in mind that Michael Phelps is an olympic athlete - I am a self-proclaimed body builder, and even with my muscle mass I don't need that much energy. Some of us have lives out of the water :P

I know we shouldnt be expected to make decisions or even compare our decision with those in poor countries, but gosh Its just annoying to hear someone talk about something so ridiculous and take it seriously
