Your level increases with your level of activity. The more you do and the longer you're here the higher your level becomes.

Your level increases over time, you don't have to do anything but the more you do the more it increases the next day.

So does my level go up talking in the forums its kinda weird you cant even comment on an article or anything without having to be level 3.

Keep posting, creating topics and what not and by the time you log intomorrow you'll probably be a level 2 or close to a level 2. Just don't spam or anything, I guess.
