how do i get rid of my exma skin condition.... need help

soz i no i cant spell exma but i am really pissed off with it it seems to be spreading round my body and very flakey and itchy i have been to my gp bout this and couldnt really help me out does any 1 no what cream or anything else i can use to help me out please peeps ..... thanks

moisturiser is good for eczema, E45 cream and aqueous cream are good
