Whatever you do, do not use a tennis racket and think you can outrun them. You'll lose.

You could try smoking them out, bees hate smoke and they'll leave the nest. You can dispense of the nest then.

Get a can of Wasp Killer and spray it all over the nest. It should kill the wasps and destroy the nest.

Or call the exterminator.

Or eat the nest, and allow the bugs to become one with you kind of like SHINO:

I have heard, if you are good and maybe have another person with you, and the nest is somewhat accessable, garbage bags work awesome!

my sisters boyfriend hit one with a cricket bat so that might work, of you could just use a flame thrower.

If you can't find a flame thrower just open a gas canister underneath it, leave it for a couple of minutes then throw a match at it.

Use a wasp spray; you can get it from WalMart or a hardwar store.

Depends really.

If it is in an open area that isn't too high, get a hockeystick and go to town. I have removed quite a few wasps nest that way and I haven't been stung once.

If it is in a tight area then get the spray. Not only is it better because it will get in there where a hockeystick couldn't. but it will also help kill them faster if the area is tight, cause the gas will be much more dense by being packed in the tight area.

Wait until its night, when all of the wasps are in the nest, then blast it with a hose/pressure washer

Im allergic to wasps(To the point of having to go to the hospital) and this works for me

Never hit a Wasp's nest. Ever. It only results in pain. So I would suggest either pest-control, pesticides + anti-wasp suit, or a really stupid person who would use his hands! :)

Last time I had this problem, I sprayed down the nest with a hose. It seems like a bad idea, but for me it was very effective
