Just something I had on my mind. Please let me know what you think about this situation. So I used to date this girl. She's a good girl, however, I wasn't attracted to her. We stopped talking for awhile. I invited her out one day to play ball and also a buddy of mine. After playing ball together my friend went on my facebook friend list and added her. Now they're together and they been together for almost a year. My friend never thanked me once, although we still talk every now and then. I don't talk to the girl anymore. I saw pictures of them on face book from Valentine's day. What do you think about this situation? I'm a little upset.

Because your friend didn't say thanks or because you wish you had the girl? I think you are jealous of what they have together and not so much about wanting the girl.

Did you invite them both with the specific intent of making them a couple? If not, then you really didn't do much that warrants a thank you. Also, it sounds like you're seeing what they have and thinking "It could have been me". Does she look more attractive in another guy's arms or something?

Why should your freind thank you? You didn't make them the couple. You invited both of your freinds , they met and got together by themselves after liking each other. Also your freind already knows about your split with the girl, he is just embarrased to talk about it with you. Or his g.f told him not to talk about it with you for reasons.

Sounds like you're jealous which is okay considering the situation. It's sort of like not wanting something but as soon as you see it with someone else, suddenly you want it. It happens.

You need to move on and accept what happened. Remain friends with them and find someone that you do find attractive.

As cliche as it sounds, "there's plenty of fish in the seas."

No need to cry over basic b*tches. You only have so much time on this planet, don't let something as silly and minuscule as this situation ruin any day of yours. F*ck that sh*t.

Why should he thank you? He could but is in no way obligated to do so. Why do you even care that he didn't thank you? You're either jealous or selfish, so get over it.

Does she got any girl friends? Maybe all you guys could hang out and do stuff next time. But this time you need to make moves.

I don't like how he went on my facebook and added her, started talking to her, then got with her. Now I keep my friend's list private from everyone including people on my friends list.

@LegitGamer3212: You don't like your friends interacting with each other? Isn't that a bit possessive?

Seems to me you left the girl, then introduced her to a friend. So you cock blocked yourself, and now your angry. Think everyone here can agree your being a tad bit possessive, and you set yourself up for this whole situation in the first place.

You come across as rather entitled. What they do is their business; not yours.

Move on would be my advice. Seems like you are expecting something from them when they owe you nothing.

There is no problem. You're just jealous and self entitled. They're together, and according to you, you're not even attracted to her. Move on and get over it.

Sorry to say but, your loss buddy. You should have just invited her, and been straight up with her. Let her know you find her attractive, and ask her out. Take the yes or no like a man and move on. In life your balls have to rule the world. What your balls tell you to do, if its something that fits your situation, do it. Now you know what to do the next time.

Shouldn't you be happy that two of your friends have fallen in love? If not, then you sound like a lousy friend.

I might understand if you were attracted to either the guy or the girl, but that doesn't seem to be the case...?

Blackmail your friend.

No but seriously, you should be happy for them.
