How do you get ink to erase?

I need to erase some thing written in ink and normal erasers aren't working. Any suggestions? Thanks.

wat kind of ink? u can use those rubber that can erase pen

But really try hairspray.

i had a pen explode in a new jacket and my mom used hairspray to get it out.

look for a double sided eraser. White for pencil, gray for pen.

No I tried those rubber erasers on the erasable pens and it didn't work. I will try the hairspray.
