I drive one of my parent's cars, one of them (parents) with me. I'm usually with my dad, who drives the car to his work after I get to my work. My mom rides with me on days my dad has off, and takes the car back with her.
My dad wants me to drive there by myself, but both my mom and I don't think it's a good idea, in case both cars are needed (my mom just wants both cars accessible, in case anything happens to one).
I bike or walk to work. I live really close to my work but I'll be moving by the end of this year and I'll be living outside of town. :|

Bike. Spring, Fall, Summer, Winter. I actually have studded tires so I can ride in the snow and ice. Made it home one morning in a Level 2 (of possible 3) snow advisory. Some of the other people at work couldn't even get out of the parking lot.

i work at a hospital. and during bad weather they have their own crew pick people up and take them back home at end of their shift. It's nice benefit to have
Being that most of my companies clients are farther than the bus routes in my area run, we use trucks and vans to get to work. It is impractical to take a Greyhound to Cedar Rapids Iowa when it is easier to drive a company vehicle, especially when one has to carry tools and safety equipment.
Now if I have to go to the office, I walk and ride the bus over there.
