I definitely don't want to be called "Mister Mister." In Iraq, there are children everywhere, and they call you "Mister mister." "Mister mister, give me chocolate. Mister mister, give me dollar. Mister! Mister mister! Hey mister!"

Sir makes me sound old, but it happens anyway, and Mr. makes me sound weird as well. Whenever I can I get people to call me by my first name.
