I normally just run 5 miles and stretch and call it a workout.

I don't do anything to extra to work out, I did get a work out at work though until I quit about 3 months ago

...Ehh...I don't work out. I play drums at least couple hours a day and that's pretty physical..maybe that counts as a workout.

I used to do about an hour and a half in the gym, 15 minutes of stretching, 40 minutes of weight trainning, 20 minutes of high intensitity cardio, then another 15 minutes of stretching. But since I haven't had time to work out my biggest workout is taking out the trash. :)

Start with a stretch and a 30 minute run, then I do pushups, sit ups, pull ups and dips. Then i do bench, lat pulldowns, incline press, rows, squats, leg press, and then a 15 minute cooldown on an elliptical. Top it all off with a nice protein drink when i get home and then I profit.

play football and run track, and just do lots of exercises in the winter between the seasons

I walk around the house. And my right hand gets excercise :D Honestly, that's it. I haven't even RAN since february or so. I'm weak and unhealthy feeling. I tried doing pushups and my stomach hurted after 10 :lol: Bleh, I just am too lazy..

1 to 2 hours (sometimes more) in the gym, at least 4 or 5 times a week with varying exercises, but I always spend at least 15 minutes doing martial arts work on the punching bag. LOL it makes alot of noise and people pay attention when I rip it up too, though I think it scares the ladies :?

I work out by lifting everyother day, bench press, cable crossovers, machines and such, and do cardio by swimming the other days. After I am done, I play this song in my head, i just feel that burn!

i ussually just go for a walk, then find someone to chloraform, drag em back home, benchpress them, then take their wallet, and throw them outside, or take there skin.

My workouts usually consist of nothing with a little computer in there for variation.

3 days a week I just run. The other 3 days I lift weights and do pullups until I can't feel my arms anymore then I do some cycling for 30 minutes.

I ride my bike to school every day and back, which is 16 kilometers, on days which I do not go to school, I take 5 km walks to various places around town, to relax

About 8-10 rounds of kickboxing, or on some days 4-6 rounds of 5 five minute intervals of thai boxing, weights, and maybe a run if my elbows are huting from jabs, and thats it.

Interval training, Curcuit training, Bodyweight explosive, endurence, max strength. Dont have access to a gym so I utilize bodyweight. Also stamina punching, or other heavy bag workouts.

walk. then walk. walk til it burns. walk until your body starts producing battery acid. then walk some more. once i walked 50 miles. i had to walk all the way back god!! stupid power walk

Every once in a while I go to the gym. 3 times a week, if I can make it. Otherwise I make it 2 times. Other than that I don't do much of a workout.
