I used to do about an hour and a half in the gym, 15 minutes of stretching, 40 minutes of weight trainning, 20 minutes of high intensitity cardio, then another 15 minutes of stretching. But since I haven't had time to work out my biggest workout is taking out the trash. :)
I post on Gamespot. It's pretty exhilerating.dracula_16I walk around the house. And my right hand gets excercise :D Honestly, that's it. I haven't even RAN since february or so. I'm weak and unhealthy feeling. I tried doing pushups and my stomach hurted after 10 :lol: Bleh, I just am too lazy..
I normally just run 5 miles and stretch and call it a workout.

My workouts usually consist of nothing with a little computer in there for variation.
Seriously, i dont work out nor do i need/want to.
