I think if anything China would side with the US, Russia may not considering they hate us and china...

nah, we wouldn't use nukes.... Al Queda would use the few nukes they would obtain from Pakistan but Russia's launch sites would be leveled in the first minutes of the war... any nuke would be tactical in nature...

I think if World War 3 did occur- it'd be started by North Korea. Not sure how though.
