I've been working out lately and I have been getting massive stretchmarks from not much exercise at all. I do 10 reps of 10 for push ups and it gives me stretch marks.

I don't know I wonder the same thing sometimes. I don't work out much but my traps are naturally Massive and I have a couple little stretch marks on one.

It's a marking on the body showing that skin was stretched? I have some too on my arms, they just look gross.

Its where you have underlying muscle cause your skin to stretch so much it creates a stretch mark in the skin that most obeses and pregnant women get from their large size.

It's gotta be more due to your diet than to your exercising. Pushups aren't gonna do much for putting on size. Have you gained weight? What is your diet like? Do you eat clean foods like skinless chicken breast, lean steak, egg whites? How many calories are you taking in and how many are you burning?

I believe some go away but others are their to stay. I like my stretch marks I feel that each one is an acomplishment on how much muscle I've bult. Then again I like any scar that I have on my body.... I think its because which each scar tells a story so my body is like a storybook. :D

Mine have faded away to clear but you can still see the scar. It took a few years plus using some stretch mark removal cream.

You get stretch marks from that? lol

Anyways, when my wife was pregnant I think she was rubbing Vitamin E on her belly and it worked. Try that out.

Wear em proud brother, they are battle scars. I have them too. But if you MUST try to prevent them, use vaseline on your skin in the areas. It's what the doctor told my wife when she was pregnant, to reduce her stretch marks.

Yeah, I am very broad shouldered and my upper body muscles are naturally big I guess you would say and I also heard cocoa butter worked well. I might try that out, and someone told me that it depends on the elasticity of your skin mainly.
