Some, like MissLibrarian for example, I imagine are pretty much a say-what-you-see thing.

Some of you I wonder about though. You're out in the street, you see someone wearing an 'I heart GS Off Topic' t-shirt, you go over and say 'Hi! I'm -?-'

My username is spelled differently, but pronounced the same as MissLibrarian's username. This has caused several awkward and embarrassing mixups.
