How do you raise one eyebrow.

Is it a born skill or can you learn how.

You can do by using your muscles or by becoming the Rock.

lol, I can with both. I can roll my tounge and wink alternate eyes very fast. Lot's of people I know can't do all three of those. Some can do one, but that is something some can do and others can't.

I think you can learn how, just look at more things with incredulity.

squint one eye while opening the other eye more.

I can do it best with my left eyebrow, it's as close to The Rock as you can get trust me. I can't remember if I learned it.

I can move my eyes, eyebrows and ears independently.

I don't think you can learn, I could just always do it.

Not really lots of people can't do it easily, some people have to learn how. Everyones body is different some people can'y move like exactly like others.

Haha i actually practiced this as a kid after seeing Ron MacLean (CBC Hockry Night in Canada host) do it on and off with both eyebrows. I'm only able to do it with my left brow though, its damn near impossible for me to do it with the right. I guess its just a matter of working the brow muscles.
