How do you say "video games" in other languages?

Without any translating tool on the Internet, I'd like Germans, Japanese, Russians, Spanish, Lebanese, Frenchies, etc..... to write how they say these two words that brought us together in their own language. It's alright if you're like Estonian and live in the States, no problem.

I'll start off, I live in Quebec, so people here speak french, which would be "jeux vidéo".

I speak arabic too, but I don't know how to say it....:?
