Do you just ly down in bed and you don't think of anything? When I go to sleep im just trying to think of things to tire my mind then when I finally start to get tired Im aware that im starting to get tired and that gets rid of me being tired. Sometimes I go throughout the whole night doing this then I look at the clock oh its 2AM, look at the clock oh its 4AM, look at the clock, oh its 6AM, look at the clock oh its 8AM. Last time I look extra strength sleeping pills not even that was enough to get me to fall asleep, it made my body super drowsy but i couldnt get my mind to F OFF!
