Every step I take, I land on my heel, roll my foot forward, and push off with the toe. I would say this seems to the norm for most people while walking: heel is the first to touch the ground and toe is the last.

How do you walk in stiletto heels? Does walking in the normal heel-to-toe fashion result in twisted ankles? Do you change the way you walk when wearing stilettos? Like, do you try to land heel and toe at the same time?

I certainly wouldn't know! Why are you asking me? I've never worn stiletto heels in my life! I swear. Any photographic evidence to the contrary is clearly false.

Maybe that's because most men haven't figured out how to walk in them.

I am a pretty tall girl to begin with, so I have not had much occassion to wear stillettos. But I can tell you the few times that I have, it is not easy, especially when you throw alcohol into the mix. :)

I have no clue since I am a guy. My guess would be women are really walking on the balls of their foot instead of the entire foot???

Balance your feet on the stiletto then raise it and slow put it down. With practice it will come naturally to you.

With stilettos you more than nought want to put the most pressure and balance on toe end of your foot rather than your heel. That's all I know because I found those things useless and fubar.

you land on the heel and toe at the same time but put more of your weight on the toe, it's not that hard once you get the hang of it.

The first hit in the google search goes to a page on Columbia University's website. Knowing how to walk in stilettos is Ivy League material!

That does not give you an excuse to experiment. Keep it on the straight and narrow, chap.

I guess they are like other heels and you walk with your feet balls? They really seem the same as a heel imo.

Stilettos are a little different than your average shoe/heel.

It something you get used to, like a skill.
