From Video Game Soundtracks to Anime Soundtracks... really!LuminouslightThey can be hard to find, I use to know this Final Fantasy site that had all kinda game music on it
From 2000 = Limp Bizkit,
2001 = P.O.D,
2002 = Metallica
2003 = still metallica
2004-2006 = Jimi Hendrix, The doors, Eric Clapton.
2007 = Still Jimi, doors and clapton But now I've started listen too Pantera because that from 2004 i started playing guitar and I want to try new things.
I was a hardcore metal-head in high school, but when I went to college and began acquiring my degree in music, a massive variety of musical styles were opened up for me to explore. Classical, jazz,stage / theater music, opera, etc. I now find massive enjoyment out of most every style of music (hip/hop and rap still haven't really grown on me, however). Right now I'm in a Traditional Celtic phase, as well as a folk / acoustic phase.
Edit: I know I'm hitting the damn spacebar, but my posts keep coming out as one long, horribly disfigured sentence. :x
1994-1996 - Pop/rap/hip-hop
1996-2000 - Metal/hard rock/industrial/punk/alternative (many different genres of each)
2000-2002 - Techno/trip-hip/electronic
2002-2004 - Reverted back to Metal/hard rock/industrial/punk/alternative
2004-Current - All genres except country, and classical. (I have a small ammount of those two genres but not enought for it to be worth the inclusion)
Euro, hip hop rap, techno, hip hop rap . After euro it is all underground, not this new rap crap.flavort
Back then i listened to a lot of rap and hip-hop,then over the time to me it was more of the same thats when i stopped and started listening to Alternative rock...what a great change...now its all about Rock,reggeaton,and cumbia for me..
1990-1994: Smashing Pumpkins, Nirvana, Pearl Jam... I was a little grunge kid. Pavement, Oasis, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles (most classic rock).
1995-1998: I think I really started to develop my own music taste in this time slot. My Bloody Valentine, Massive Attack, Radiohead, Pavement (still), Stone Roses, Pixies, Sonic Youth, Fugazi, Sleater-Kinney, Belle and Sebastian, Low, Mogwai, etc.
1999-2002: Sigur Ros blew my mind and so did Godspeed You! Black Emperor.... Explosions in the Sky, Spoon, and most of the artists on from the time slot above.
2003-2007: All of the music I listen to today. Which is basically most of the music from awhile ago.
Musical Theater (All my older brother ever listened to when I was growing up) > Pop(long time ago) > Beatles/Musical Theatre (two years ago) > Alt/Punk Rock(for half a second, basically White Stripes and American Idiot) > Black Sabbath(less than a year ago) > Thrash/NWOBH/Sabbath> Death/Alt/Groove/Nu Metal/Acid Rock> Alt/Death/Nu/Thrash/Groove Metal/NWOBH/Blues/Acid Rock/Musical Theater (today)
