If anything the fahrenheit numbers are too high, its taught in school that 0'C is freezing point and 100'C is boiling point so i don't understand how that method is complicated.

I suppose I'm just used to it then.I just find it easier to work by Celsius; boiling point is 100, freezing point is 0. Simple enough for me.
