Let's say if one was to be monitored since birth 24/7 by the best doctors in the world. Getting the best medicines, nutritions, and treatments and virtually no sicknesses thanks to prevented measures.

How long do you think one was to live?

Not very long, given they'd go insane and kill themselves eventually from being monitored 24/7.

Considering that the current record holder lived to be 121 and we have better technology since she died, it wouldn't surprise me if they made it to 130 or older assuming they don't kill themselves due to the lack of privacy.

Considering that some diseases, such as cancer, still occur in healthy people. The life expectancy would be the same as any other healthy individual who receives proper medical care.

Well I forgot to specify, the patient could do whatever it is they are doing in life, just monitored. The privacy is still there. This is theoretically speaking.

No but you could treat the cancer very quickly once it is discovered.

They'd go insane from paranoia and kill themselves from being stalked 24/7.

There are several disease processes that have a very high mortality rate regardless of the time of discovery. This includes some forms of cancer such as certain types of pancreatic cancer that almost always result in death. I don't know if you know this but as of now there is no cure for cancer, only treatment. Treatment which only works some or most of the time, but not 100% of the time.

There are other stuff that happens that even with the best care may result in death that are not cancer related.

The point is that they'd have doctors monitoring them. "Oh no he's having a heart attack" Oh, wait, there's 6 or so of the best doctors RIGHT THERE and prepared to save him.

Honestly, if that were case, I'd rather die at an early age just to feel like a normal person; enjoying life. Can you imagine how terrible it would be being monitored 24/7 for the rest of your life?

So every body would live from heart attacks if they receive immediate treatment. People have heart attacks while right in the hospital, receive immidiate treatment, and still die.
