there is nothing wrong with a foreigner not being able to name any states at all. Since when has US had to have become the center of all lives. I am US-american and probably it would take me awhile to list all the states if I could even remember them all. it's not as useless as learning all the presidents in order and what time they served but it is close to it. the question is fine, but some of the remarks...WolfWatch

Erm I believe you're thinking of Slovakia. Slovenia's capital is Ljublana and it borders Italy, Austria, Croatia and Hungary.

I live in australia and i can name mexico, colifornia, washington, and beverly hills but can only locate washington.no-scoped_jfk
