Usually one or two, excluding snow days, which rarely happen anyway. If I do miss a day, it's often because I visit my relatives for the weekend in Canada for either my grandma or grandpa's birthday. It's hardly because I'm sick, but I did miss two days last year for having a fever.
Last year, I was with the wrong people. Always missing school. I missed about half of the year last year. I got suspended alot, even copied RVD when he was a kid, did a backflip off the school and got suspended. Then, I got expelled for drawing a stick figure throwing gernaded at teachers. I didn't care about school back then. Now, I have a dream of entering professional wrestling, school is the most inportant thing to me now. I get B-A's and don't miss a day. I even had a fractured toe, limped every time I walked and lookes like a moron and still went.
Im graduated now, but i used to miss alot of school before senior year, in 7th grade i missed 63 and a half days AND passed with d's and c's , its a record that will not be broken ;). The sad thing is there were alot of people who missed less then 10 days and failed............
I miss maybe a day of school a year to sickness. Around 3-5 for vacation. I'm missing over two weeks to go to Israel and Poland, but it's not a big deal since school is over the next week or two after that anyway.
From PreK to 10th grade (which I'm currently in), I've never missed a single day. I rarely get sick, and if I do, it's nothing bad at all. And plus I hate making up work.:P
About 2-3 times a year. I love school but hate school at the same time. I love school because I get to socialize with friends and I hate school because of the work but I get good grades.
School has only been on for 8 days this year and I've already missed 1 day, had to go to the doctors, had sinus for 2 weeks so I guess one day is ok also had to get an eye test and get glasses. I miss another day, maybe half day to go get an EEG test to see if I have epilepsy. Things aren't going good for me so far :P Last year I missed about 10-15 a term and there are four terms a year so about 40-60. That's sick! Gotta buck up im in Grade 12 now.
Uh, well, at this point I'm paying for my education, I try to miss the least amount of school possible. If I do miss any, it's because I'm very ill or am hunting (call me a redneck or whatever, but where I live, there are 2 people, those who hunt and those who don't). I'll miss maybe 3 days tops.
Well i just got back to school after 5 days sick, but in total this year id say somwer around 30+ but last year was quite alot 44 ish. i just plain dont like school
