What about all that forearm muscle? That probably offsets the rest of the body.[QUOTE="JigglyWiggly_"]Don't you know all quake live pros are skinny fat and or malnourished[QUOTE="achilles614"]Have a power rack and olympic barbell with 300+ lbs of plates, no need to go to gym. which makes sense
ql duel is more brain oriented and hand eye coordination focused than athelete reactions
ql gamers tend ot have better tracking than 1.6 players, but 1.6 players have way faster reflexes and twitch aim.
[QUOTE="LittleMac19"]Visited 8 gyms in the past month, out of those my favorite was always the Cerulean Gymjohnd13
Yeah because you picked Bulbasaur as your starter.
Correct.3 times a week or more if i dont have anything to do. i do atleast an hour and go for hour and a half with the static bike and other stuff
I exercise at home for the most part, but go out twice a week for kickboxing. My favorite exercises are probably chinups and pullups.
I should, but I don't. It seems too expensive for me: I looked up a local gym, and I think it was around $340 for the year, or half the year, and that was too expensive for me. I have a cheap home gym, and my favorite exercise on that is the resistance stair walker. I like to work up a sweat in 10 minutes.
The gym membership is only pricey if you don't take advantage of it. No way can you get a body like mine doing half assed home work outs. You get what you pay for. That said they have people at the gym doing more talking than working out so they don't have good results. Others don't know how to workout or have piss poor eating and sleeping habits.
My arms went from 14 1/2 to 18 inches in under 3 months and my calves went from 14 to 18/12, my quads went from 23 to 29 inches. My waist went from 34 to 32 I added 27 pounds of real muscle with no drugs in that time. Try that at a home gym.
