How many pairs of shoes do you buy every year?

I usually get 3-4 every year. Each of them last me like 3 months. Also what brands do you wear? I like Nike, Vans, Lakai, and Adidas.

I go native and wear moccasins

It depends if my pair of shoes are still in good shape zero, but if I need new shoes I'll buy one pair.

I dont buy shoes unless i need them. the last pair i bought was in sept. because i needed another pair that were not green. Before that, the last pair i bought was 3 years ago. They are still in great shape. I own 2 pair now + plus work boots for work.

One pair every 5-6 years. No specific brand. Just has to be the right size and comfortable. Tend to like black ones.

I've had the same pair of shoes for about 4 years now, and I'm about due for a new pair.

I buy 2 pair of shoes a year, though I really only need one new pair a year.

I usually buy Van slip ons or Converse.

I just bought three pairs this month. It goes by a need-to-want basis. I don't have a particular favorite brand, just whatever I like.

One or two pairs is enough for me. I usually buy nikes.

Maybe one pair every year and a half or more. Like Red said in the Shawshank Redemption, "I mean, seriously, how often do you really look at a man's shoes?".

I buy a pair of shoes every 4 years or so.

I don't know, I buy new ones when my current ones are no longer practical.

I only buy them if I need them, and I generally wear out a pair of shoes a year.

ive still got my pumas and wear them from time to time, but they are getting too small and are getting uncomfortable and falling apart a little. ive worn down the inside sole and was hurting my feet. awesome shoes though,love the s.tyle

What can I say, I'm cheap.

A couple. Most of the shoes I get are pretty durable. I get Nikes or Asics for running, but I just run in them, so they last a while. I get boots mostly from Altama for work, which last a while when cared for properly. I like Mezlans for dressing up, which also last a while when cared for properly.

2 pairs thats all.

Its random. Last year i bought (a load of random shoes mainly from office :'P ) sneakers wise; 2 Etnies, 2 Vans, 4 converse, Nikes and some Plimsoles.

Same. I'd say it's been about 4-5 years since I got a pair of shoes.

One pair of Nike shoes a year unless my dress shoes or basketball shoes need to be replaced. I don't see a point in constantly buying new ones when I can use one pair for over a year.

less than 1. i pretty much wear my sneakers until the soles fall apart. they aren't even really comfortable until after the first year.

One, sometimes none at all because the shoes from the previous year are still in good shape.

Maybe a pair a year, and only if my daily shoes are just worn out or I need shoes for some kind of special function. I'm really picky about shoes (what shoes a person wears says a lot about them) but I don't go through them quickly enough to motivate me to collect them.
