Well back when I did Muay Thai I did:

24 pullups

pushups? well we had to do 50 in a minute

50 situps

now I can only do over half of that amount as I quit.

My goal for pullups is to be able to do 20 in perfect order(Without struggling to the point where I can barely climb the pole) before the end of the year.

I want to be able to do at least 60 pushups and I'd be real proud if I could do 100 situps in proper form, but after I hit about 40-50, my form starts to waiver.

While not being a very athletic person, I can only do about 10 push-ups till I'm tired. I can, though, do about 50 sit-ups. They're easy for some reason.

Honestly I don't know. Whenever I do squats, I do a set of pull-ups inbetween each set, and I do sets of 10. And sit-ups, well I do those inbetween platform work, bench press, and glute/ham raise. So I guess a lot, just not all at once? Maybe one day I'll go for it and see what I can max out at.

Back when I took Hapkido blackbelts had to do pushups to roughly the nose, but they had to do them while balancing on their index finger, middle finger, and thumb. Before that, you do them on your knuckles. On concrete or hardwood floor.

Doing them fast is just stupid. I'm pretty sure he didn't keep a consistent and good form while trying to do them in under a minute.

Umm, I was very fit back then. We did pushups first then the rest, then onto 3 rounds of 3minute skipping then a jog up and down 6 floors twice. That was just warming up.

pullups: can't as there's no where to do them round here

pushups: hardley any cause all my muscle is in my legs

situps: 50+, i do 50 everyday though i may increase that after a while buit i'll take it slow cause last time i increased i did something bad to one of my muscles doing 250 in one day

I do one set of 50 situps a day but i may increase that slightly and do 2 sets a day when my muscles feel like they can do it easily, i'm terrible at the rest as i've got all my muscle in my legs but i might start doing pushups if i can find the time

You'll get stronger a lot faster if you do 2 or 3 sets of 40-50.

Only takes about 10 minutes, with a short break between each set.

I used to be able to do pushups like you people are describing. I hesitate to guess at how many I could do now that I'm old(er) and don't have an outside job like landscaping or construction. :P

That lightens the workout, thus lessening results.

Usually people do sets one after another, achieving better results in a faster period of time. I did my sets yesterday and today my arms feel like very sore.

I should pump out some pullups.

im sure you have like 5 minutes do to a couple of push-ups!, i do 40-50 before i go to bed.

im that cool.

You'll get stronger a lot faster if you do 2 or 3 sets of 40-50.

Only takes about 10 minutes, with a short break between each set.

I find with sets it's alot easyer to do them at different time of the day i.e one before you go to bed and one when you get up. It dosn't mater so much then if you wake up late or something anddon't have the time available in the morning to do them or whateva.

That lightens the workout, thus lessening results.

Usually people do sets one after another, achieving better results in a faster period of time. I did my sets yesterday and today my arms feel like very sore.

I should pump out some pullups.

Are you a fitness instructor? (genuine question, im not being sarcastic)

Six pullups

Twenty-five pushups

100+ situps

I have really strong upper abs, but my lower abs are pretty flimsy, so right now I have a three-and-a-half pack. >__>

pullups: can't as there's no where to do them round here

pushups: hardley any cause all my muscle is in my legs

situps: 50+, i do 50 everyday though i may increase that after a while buit i'll take it slow cause last time i increased i did something bad to one of my muscles doing 250 in one day

I do one set of 50 situps a day but i may increase that slightly and do 2 sets a day when my muscles feel like they can do it easily, i'm terrible at the rest as i've got all my muscle in my legs but i might start doing pushups if i can find the time

I can't do any. I've never worked out in my life. Muscles are overrated anyway.

15-17 pullups in a row I believe 50-55 pushups in a minute. However after reaching 35-40 I really start to feel it my arms so the last ones are that perfect:P Probably not more than 50 situps. I suck at those. Dunno why :?
