I rarely eat breakfast, as I sleep rather late. I've considered changing that and eating breakfast daily, as it causes me to be hungrier throughout the day and leads to more snacking than I should probably do.
Usually 3 times a day with a protein shake or two on the days that I lift. I really need to start eating 6 small meals a day to boost my metabolism but that's hard living with my parents lol.
5-7 small meals throughout the day. I hate eating big meals unless I'm out to dinner with someone. A lot of Gatorade and protein bars throughout the day as well.
average: Twice a day sometimes once a day its been years since I had 3 meals a day. When i eat, it is rarely a good size health full size meal. My mother stop cooking for us years ago, so we had to go on our own but we dont know sh*t about food or cooking, and neither do we have the $$$ to go out to restaurants. I dont remeber that last time I've been to a good decent restaurant, probably when I graduated High school 3 years ago
