I have been warned, moderated, suspended, banned and unbanned. >_> I have 24 items on my moderation history right now, including my account getting reinstated.
About 2 or 3 warnings. Not completely sure how I got them though. :S

You can check your moderation history to see. Go to 'forums' and on the right you'll see your name and something like: # Total Posts: 6640 Total Messages Read: 2882693 # My Inbox | My Posting History | | My Moderation History
24 moderations with 7 suspensions. Last time I was moderated was back in May for posting in a account suicide thread, got hit with a 2 day suspension just for that.

at one point I thought I was at the brink of getting the hammer lol but as far as suspensions go, I racked up most of them early when I joined gamespot and I don't plan on getting any more soon
